We are looking for an Account Director to drive profitable and sustainable business growth for our most important clients, so that they would not consider taking their business elsewhere. The ideal candidate will:
  • Leverages data to accurately analyze, plan and forecast assigned accounts
  • Productively describe Dynata and its product offerings
  • Seeks competitive insights and intelligence to inform the company of challenges and opportunities in the marketplace
RESPONSIBILITES:
  • Deliver sales targets and meet KPI's through the management of a mixed portfolio of new business and existing clients.
  • Proactively drive revenue from previously unknown or under leveraged sources. Source opportunities through research and networking.
  • Implement strategic account management and key account planning programs.
  • Prepare a wide range of written proposals including full costing quotations.
  • Offer insightful and strategic solutions to business objectives. Support the implementation of marketing programs, new product
  • rollouts and other initiatives.
  • Develop knowledge of client sectors, business, industry issues and products and solutions.
  • Has deep familiarity with assigned accounts and utilizes this knowledge to support the customer with Dynata products
REQUIREMENTS:
  • 6+ years of Sales or Account Management experience
  • Strong academic background & 6+ years’ work experience
  • Market research experience of at least 3 years is essential

The salary range for this position in is $60K-$90K/yr, plus generous bonus; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A discretionary incentive program may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and other benefits, dependent on full-time employment status.
